
The APS024 series is a robust, durable, high-precision, programmable Hall effect rotary position sensor designed for applications that require long cycle life, high precision, and high reliability. It can perform angle monitoring in harsh transportation systems and industrial application environments. This product uses a Hall effect integrated circuit (IC) with magnetic bias to detect the rotational motion of the driver shaft within its operating range. The rotation of the actuator shaft causes a change in the position of the magnet relative to the IC. The changes in magnetic flux density caused by the above are ultimately converted into linear output. The induction chip, conditioning and protection circuit, and permanent magnet are all sealed in a sturdy package that meets the 67 level, ensuring good durability even in the harshest environments. Can resist the effects of extreme temperatures, vibrations, impacts, and typical EMI/RFI in the operating environment of walking machinery.
